Terms of Service
GENERAL INFORMATION
On average a commission will take between 1 to 2 weeks depending on the size of the project.
Prices may always change based on the process of the project.
I have the right to reject any order no matter the reason.
Note: I have the right to cancel any project. I will assure a 100% refund.
PAYMENT METHOD
I will only accept Paypal as a payment option.
Client must pay a down payment of 50% of the original price of the project.
Avoid paying upfront before being accepted into a slot.
Refunds are not allowed after I have started the project. You may cancel a project BEFORE I've started it.
Note: Any LARGE alterations that want to be made after the completion of the project will have an extra cost. (only if I must make large changes or if I must restart the project as a whole.)
PROJECT PROCESS
You will receive an email from me once I have accepted you into a slot.
If I have not contacted you within the pass 24h. This means I have not accepted your project.
You must send me a message or email beforehand explaining me the details of the project you envision.
You may contact me on any platform but you must fill out the Google Forms if you are interested in a commission.
During the creation of the project you may send me any sort of reference at any given moment.
